Send a notice through our contact page (subject "Copyright") that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The link to the material on NOFRC.
• Your name, address, phone number and email.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.

We will remove or disable access to the material and notify the person who posted it.

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

We will suspend accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
